Popularly called ‘The Leadership Doctor’, ayoFADUMIYE is a renowned Leadership Expert, Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and certified NLP Practitioner.

He is Managing/Leading Partner of LEADERSHIP EDGE CONSULT, an empowerment outfit through which many leaders in educational institutions, corporate outfits, and renowned leadership institutes across Nigeria are impacted.

As Lead Pastor, he also provides spiritual leadership at CITADEL OF LIGHT, a young and vibrant church in Ikotun, Lagos.

Ayo is a product of leadership development academies including the prestigious DAYSTAR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (Basic, Advance & Executive Levels) and WORD OF FAITH BIBLE INSTITUTE (Basic, Leadership, and Diploma Certificate). He is also a member of the Faculty for KINGDOM INSTITUTE, a leadership empowerment academy in Lagos.

Under GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation, Ayo teamed up with FelaDurotoye, Nigeria’s foremost inspirational Speaker, to coach young leaders who will build Nigeria into one of the most desirable countries to live in by December 31, 2025.

He currently hosts ‘LEAD & GROW BETTERwith ayoFADUMIYE… ‘, an initiative of ‘Inspire Your Leadership’ platform geared to inspire young and aspiring professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders in various spheres for effective leadership and exceptional greatness. His unique approach to driving leaders towards excellence and exceptional performance makes him sought-after in conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Pastor Fadumiye has authored several life-transforming books and resources including “SO YOU CALL YOURSELF A LEADER” and “TAKE THE LEAD“, a practical guide to help beginners discover, develop, and deploy their leadership potentials.

He is married to EstherFADUMIYE, a Self-Esteem, and Relationship Coach, who is also the Executive Coordinator of a reputable NGO in Lagos, Nigeria. Their union is blessed with children.

Marie-Therese SOTUNDE is an economist and lawyer by training with over 20 years of experience in operational, legal, and compliance risk management in the global financial markets.

Her track record spans across various banking and financial institutions in Europe and Asia including HSBC; Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International plc, Goldman Sachs, and The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Since 2009 MTS as she is fondly referred has been engaged in various agribusiness concerns both in Nigeria and in the Francophone West Africa region.

More recently her work as a business and management consultant covers the Nigerian power sector.

Regis Uzoma (Dr. Brands) is a Marketing professional specializing in Brand Management. Experienced with several stages of the development cycle for quality branding projects.

He is versed in numerous marketing dynamics including Brand Development, Market Testing, Innovation Management, Route-to-Market, Advertising, Public Relations Management, and B2B/B2C operations.

With a strong background in Business Management, Media Management, and Customer Relations, Regis is a seasoned geospatial brand surgeon skilled at connecting the worlds of Marketing and Tourism through Media, Business Technologies and International Investments geared towards building great and trans-generational brands.

Dr. Brands also has a strong interest in International Trade Development and Tourism Management.

He is CEO of ‘Brandnet’ a 360° marketing and brand agency, founder of ‘Brandstv’, the world’s first brand-centric TV experience offering a fusion of ‘brandtainment’, tourism development, and trade development in a thrilling mix and founder of ‘African Brand Development Network’, a non-governmental organization geared towards empowering African brands through BrandIntel Trainings, Crowdfunding, and Internships. These platforms birthed a number of ofproducts and services which further strengthen brands globally.

Bright C. Emeka is a UI | UX and Interaction Designer. Bright loves WordPress and regularly contributes to the WordPress community. He currently co-organizes the ‘Minna WordPress Meet-Up Chapter’ and serves as the UX Team Lead for GDG Minna, Nigeria.

Glory Okon has been in love with SERVICE her whole life.

She joined the hospitality and tourism industry in 2008 and worked with high rated Hotels, Art Galleries, and the Tourism Board where she became known for high service performance through trip advisor reviews.

She further mastered her craft with additional qualification as a Cultural Administrator with the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO) Lagos, Nigeria.

She is the founder of the Anglo School of Culture, Art, and Tourism(ASCAT) and other empowerment initiatives.

Her mission is simple: ‘To contribute to national development through education and empowerment.

A graduate of Development Economics from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England, and alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Mopileola Amusu spent almost two decades in the Banking Industry holding various managerial positions in Marketing & Sales, Information Technology, Customer Service Management, Risk Management, Business and Financial Advisory Services, and Banking Operations.

As Special Assistant to the MD of an International Bank, Ms. Amusu coordinated a project to review the Bank’s key Systems & Procedures. While implementing recommendations, she gained efficiencies in: Organization & Strategy Definition, Profit Improvement, Articulation and Documentation of Policies, Systems and Procedures, Human Resource Management, and Managing Information Systems.

Previously of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, she served in the Corporate Governance and Human Resource Advisory Committees, and as Sub-Chairman of the Director Development Committee. Mopileola was part of the team that worked meticulously to impact members with approved managerial models.

She served as a Food Service Entrepreneur for 11 years.

Since 2010, desiring to help budding entrepreneurs meander the murky waters of business start-up and excel at their enterprise, Ms. Amusu has coached on the creation and sustenance of profitable

Samuel Omotoso is Managing Director of Tintol Business Services [TBS] Ibadan, Nigeria. TBS is an ICT and Educational Resources Management firm with special focus on setting up of Integrated and Virtual Library Systems, Educational Databases, Computer Repairs, Networking and Internet Deployment, Resources Digitization and Multimedia Services, Web Design and Management and Publishing of Online Scholarly Journals. Sound academic training, self-development, and practical experience of over two decades adequately equipped him with materials and exposure for his current roles.

Prior to this time, Omotoso was a professional University Administrator for more than 18 years, having served in Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, Edwin Clark University [where for 5 years from 2014, he satisfactorily coordinated the Directorate of ICT], Delta State and as Registrar, Dominion University, Oyo State, all in Nigeria.

Mr. Omotoso is actively involved in teaching, social research, management consultancy and has facilitated various workshops and seminars on blended teaching and learning system, career development, entrepreneurship and retirement planning, and human resources management, among other pursuits.

He is a recipient of several awards and distinctions. Based on his research paper titled: ‘The Influence of Employee Relations on Workers Behaviour: A Comparative Analysis of the Private and Public Sector Workers in Nigeria, he emerged as the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Young Manager of the Year 1997.”

Olu Taiwo is CEO of Strategic Site Solutions. As a physician with a medical career that spans thirty years, working primarily in the private healthcare sectors in both the UK and Nigeria, she has an avid interest in the use of the internet, multimedia and computer technologies in medical practice, business, and in corporate and healthcare information sectors.

Olu is passionate, innovative, and creative, and works closely in collaboration with her clients to build long-lasting supportive client relationships.

Abimbola Junaid is committed to an equal world where no one is left behind.
A policy advocate, engaging world parliaments, decision makers and influencers including the private sector and academia, she served formerly as an intern at the UK parliament, where she shadowed the Rt. Hon Harriet Harman, a former shadow Deputy Prime Minister. She was recently a parliamentary aide to Abena Oppong Asare MP.
She has over 20 years of expertise in non-profits, gender, community development and media relations, organizing communities to maximise their voice, acquire wealth, build sustainable partnerships and strategise to influence and engage. Her work experience includes:
